We do our best to keep our prices as low as possible, but if one of our competitors advertises a lower price, please give us the opportunity to price match it. Where feasible, we will always try and provide the best price for you

To request a price match on an identical stocked item, please Contact Us with proof of the competitor’s price before making your purchase. If your price match request is accepted, our team will provide details on how to finalise this price your purchase

Price Match Terms & Conditions

The following policy sets out the circumstances in which Bairnsdale Stoves Heaters & BBQ’s will match a price for a product offered by a competitor. This policy only applies to sales made by Bairnsdale Stoves Heaters & BBQ’s through our retail store or online through bshbbq.com.au and is not available on products purchased using “Buy Now, Pay Later” options such as , Afterpay, Finance or Zip Pay

Bairnsdale Stoves Heaters & BBQ’s Will Match A Competitor’s Price Subject To The Following Conditions:

The Product Offered By The Competitor Must Be:

A)  Brought to  Bairnsdale Stoves Heaters & BBQ’s attention by the Customer at the time of price matching
B)  Identical, i.e.The same brand/model/series/specification/features/colour/year of production and condition to a product offered for sale by  Bairnsdale Stoves Heaters & BBQ’s. 
C)  Not offered as part of a bundled or bonus offering at the time of price matching
D)  In stock, and available for immediate purchase and if advertised by an online competitor the item must be in stock and available for immediate supply

The Competitor’s Price Must:

A) Be the price of the product as sold individually and not as part of a bundled deal sale
B) Be shown in Australian Dollars and Include GST and any relevant delivery and handling charges
C) Be verifiable by Bairnsdale Stoves Heaters & BBQ’s at the time of price matching

We Do Not Price Match On:

A)  Offers which include cash back, bonus, bulk purchase, or quantity limits
B)  Advertising errors
C)  Finance or credit terms
D)  Products shipped from or sold by third-party sellers via online marketplaces, auction or classifieds websites, paid membership programs/stores, manufacturers, distributors or importers or requiring delivery to or from locations outside Australia
E)  Competitor’s clearance lines, ex display stock, liquidations or external administration sales
F)  Product prices which are below our cost price
G) Purchases which are made in conjunction with other offers such as promotional codes
